Charleeceya Thomas is a seasoned dental professional and executive leader with more than two decades of experience spanning clinical practice, operations, and organizational leadership. She began her career chairside as a registered dental assistant before earning her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Texas A&M College of Dentistry (Baylor) and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management from the University of Texas at Tyler. Currently completing her Doctorate in Healthcare Administration at Oklahoma State University, Charleeceya is also a proud member of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi—recognized for academic excellence and leadership. She combines clinical expertise with strategic business acumen to transform the way dental teams lead and operate.

As Founder and CEO of Dual Impact Dental Leadership Institute™, she is dedicated to developing leadership excellence within dentistry, bridging clinical proficiency with management strategy to enhance patient outcomes, strengthen practice culture, and cultivate the next generation of impactful dental leaders.
